How We Build Your Touring Suspension Setup

Tell Us Your Setup & Goals

We chat through your rig, current load, driving conditions, and what you're planning, so we can match the suspension to your needs.

We Recommend & Fit the Right Gear

We select and install quality shocks, springs, bushes, and upgrades that suit your weight, terrain, and budget.

Test, Adjust & Dial It In

After fitting, we check height, alignment, and ride quality, and make sure your 4WD handles are loaded or unloaded as they should be.

Your Suspension Matters More Than Your Lift Height

Let’s Get Your 4WD Touring-Ready

Planning a trip or just loaded up day to day? Your suspension is doing the hard work, carrying weight, absorbing shock, and controlling you. Let Core Diesel tailor a setup that handles the demands of everyday driving, remote touring, or towing with total confidence. There are no shortcuts or guesswork — just a suspension system built around how you use your 4WD.

Questions we get asked about 4WD Suspension for Touring

Do I need a lift kit for touring?

Not always. It’s more about matching your suspension to your load and usage. We’ll recommend what’s needed.

Yes. We can advise and install GVM upgrade kits for the most popular 4WDs, which are fully engineered and compliant.

We work with quality suspension suppliers like Dobinsons, Tough Dog, Bilstein, and more, based on what suits your setup.

Most full suspension upgrades are completed in one day. GVM upgrades may take longer depending on certification requirements.

Absolutely. We tune setups specifically for towing, including weight distribution and rear-end support.
